Today we celebrate the Feast of the Ascension of Jesus,
when He returned to his Father in Heaven. (p.517 and 519). We pray:  Bless us always, Jesus, as we wait for you to come again in glory. Amen.

Continúe viviendo el mensaje del evangelio semanal en casa con sus familias. Esta semana especialmente:

Piensa en formas en que puedes honrar a tu madre terrenal esta semana. Por ejemplo: escribe una carta agradeciendo a tu madre todo lo que ha hecho y está haciendo por ti; crear una tarjeta de felicitación; haga un libro de cupones: cada cupón ofrece un pequeño obsequio diferente.

Coloque una estatua o una imagen de María en una mesa. Llena un florero pequeño con agua y algunas flores del jardín o dibuja algunas flores o corta flores de una revista para ella. Enciende una pequeña vela y reza el rosario como familia en honor a María.

Dear Children;

I would like to greet all my students with love and prayers.  During May, the month of Our Blessed Mother, I hope that you will honor her.  Ask little St. Jacinta and St. Francisco to remind us to pray one Hail Mary every day.  Also pray, "My Mother, My Confidence".  The beautiful feast of Our Lady of Fatima is May 13. 

Also, I wish a very blessed Mother's Day to all My students' mothers.  I will say some prayers for all of you.  Happy Mother's Day to all!
